Austria: DIY and garden market declined by 0.4 per cent in the first half of 2022

The sales of DIY and garden stores in Austria declined by minus 0.4 per cent to EUR 1.61 bn in the 1st half of 2022. As the Handelsverband Heimwerken, Bauen und Garten (BHB) further reports, the minus in the 1st quarter of 2022 was 0.9 per cent and in the 2nd quarter of 2022 minus 0.1 per cent.
