Barbecue with lava stones

The Flash brand lava stones are quarried in the Volcanic Eifel and are therefore a natural product from Germany. The stones are of different sizes and have a porous structure. Heated in the grill or oven, they radiate a long-lasting even heat. According to the manufacturer, this allows for controlled cooking and baking. To avoid heat buildup, 70 to 80 percent of the grill surface should be covered. Lava stones can be used several times and are suitable for both gas and electric grills.
