Baumax expands board

Following the departure of Ewald Repnik, the deputy president of the executive board, Baumax AG of Klosterneuburg has restructured its board. In addition to their responsibilities within Baumax Handels AG, which operates the Austrian DIY stores, Jörg Greimel, Walter Hitzinger and Werner Neuwirth-Riedl are now active members of the board of the parent company. Also new to the board is Alois Penninger, managing director of the Czech subsidiary of Baumax. Martin Essl remains as president. The position of his deputy is not being filled again.
