Biggest group of foreign exhibitors from China

At this year’s IHF/DIY’TEC trade fair the stands of companies representing China and Hong Kong occupy 20 per cent more floorspace than last year. Exhibiting on a total of 5 700 m² are 530 exhibitors from China (plus two jointly represented firms) and 66 (plus four) from Hong Kong. As a result, this particular group’s participation at the fair beats the next-placed countries Taiwan (443 plus twelve extras) and Italy (387 plus 41 extras) in the foreign exhibitor ranking. A total of 979 exhibitors from Germany went to Cologne, with 110 jointly represented firms in addition. Altogether there are 5 252 exhibitors and 334 jointly represented firms registered at the event.
