The Danish DIY store group Bygma increased its sales last year by 5.4 per cent to DKK 7.8975 bn (EUR 1.0579 bn). Falling currency exchange rates had a negative influence on sales to the tune of DKK 211.3 mio (EUR 28.30mio), equivalent to a minus of 2.8 per cent. The company operates in Sweden and Iceland as well as in Denmark. "We are very satisfied with this year's accounts, and can again this year publish a result that is the best in Bygma Gruppen A/S's history," said CEO Peter H. Christiansen.
