Consumers are turning to the Internet to obtain information about products and problem solutions

In the DIY and gardening segment, the Internet has become an increasingly important source of information for consumers. This is true even of pensioners and less proficient computer users, according to the latest Fediyma study, which looked at consumer behaviour in 14 European countries. The new study will be unveiled during the Fediyma Forum taking place on 13 and 14 September in Barcelona. Participants will receive a copy of the study plus software for their individual use (www.fediyma.com).
