Increased interest in timber fair

This year’s Carrefour International du Bois, the timber fair held in Nantes from 29 to 31 May, recorded the participation of 418 exhibitors, about 20 per cent of whom came from outside France. The proportion of overseas visitors among the total attendance figure of 8 700 was just on 13 per cent. Both exhibitor and visitor figures showed an increase of 20 per cent on the previous fair held two years ago.
