International business board member leaves Obi

The executive board member responsible for international business at German DIY store operator Obi has left the company. Dieter Messner had been the board member responsible for Obi’s international business since 2008 and was previously CEO. A successor is not being sought. The executive board will comprise the three members Sergio Giroldi (chairman), Paolo Alemagna and Oliver Geiling in future.
