International Hardware Fair Italy and Edra cooperate

The International Hardware Fair Italy and Edra/Ghin, the international DIY association, have agreed on a strategic cooperation initiative. The next fair is to be organised by Koelnmesse and will take place for the first time on 5 and 6 May 2023 in Bergamo in northern Italy. In the agreement, Edra/Ghin pledges its full support for the event. Among other things, Edra managing director John Herbert will speak at the accompanying conference and provide a summary of upcoming developments in the European and global DIY industry. Trade members of the association will be available for discussions under the organiser's matchmaking programme.

Herbert said that for him, the fact that the International Hardware Fair Italy is being organised by Koelnmesse is "a guarantee that this trade fair will be most professional and of interest to our international membership".

Commenting on the cooperation, Thomas Rosolia, CEO of Koelnmesse Italy, said: "Thanks to the support of Edra/Ghin, we will continue to pursue our goal of establishing the International Hardware Fair Italy as the most representative platform for the European hardware, DIY, garden and outdoor and building sectors in Italy."
