Leroy Merlin Spain plans its DIY store project

In Spain, Leroy Merlin is planning the opening of its first small-spaced DIY store, which is aimed at customer projects. A store with a retail space of 1 000 m² is planned to be put into operation in Vigo in the second half of 2017. It will be specialising in bathrooms, kitchens, cupboards, flooring, tiles and wood for outdoor areas. The chain of DIY stores, which belongs to the French group Adeo, is investing around five million euros in the new market.
