Window with fan
The Polish company Oman, which has specialised in the production of loft ladders, counts itself among the biggest manufacturers in Europe. What is more, the company also produces roof windows in a joint venture arrangement. New here is a roof window that comes complete with an automatic, magnetic fan. The VM fan, which is built into the Okpol roof window, extracts 20 m³ per hour even when the window is closed. It is also possible to reduce the volume of air flowing into the building to 10 m³/hr. The exchange of air is not affected either by the pitch of the roof nor by strong winds. The fan is quiet running, and has a filter that protects it from insects and dirt and can be removed for cleaning purposes.

With decoration
Stelmet has introduced three series of sight-screen fencing decorated with flower, tulip and sun (“Le Soleil”) motifs. The decoration echoes the natural world, making it suitable for all kinds of gardens. All the fences are made from pressure-treated pine and stainless steel screws are used for assembling them. The frames measure 4.5 x 7.0 cm and the slats are smooth planed with two rounded edges. The fencing elements are available in the following sizes: 180 x 180 cm, 180 x 90 cm, 90 x 180 cm and 90 x 180/90 cm (end element).
