The strategic plan "Rebond" by the French cooperative Mr. Bricolage appears to be having an effect. At least that's how the company interprets the latest available sales figures. The Mr. Bricolage stores in France which are operated by independent retailers - i.e. not including the stores owned by the headquarters - increased their sales from January to November 2019 by 2.09 per cent, while the DIY stores in total grew by 1.82 per cent (source: Banque de France).
