Protection against damp
MEM Dusch-Bad-Dicht is a surface sealant that gives long-term protection against rising damp in masonry and mildew stains on grouting in units affected by humidity such as bathrooms, showers or kitchens. MEM Dicht-Schicht is easy to work with. It can simply be painted onto tiles or ceramic surfaces, etc, with a foam roller. The coating is transparent, so the surface appears unaltered after treatment.

The CO-9300 carbon monoxide alarm uses the latest US patented biomimetic technology to detect this poisonous gas. The 85 dB alarm signal is extremely piercing. The device is battery operated and has a red LED indicator to confirm the unit is in normal operation. There is an audible signal to indicate when the battery is low. The alarm can only be installed complete with battery. It can be mounted on either wall or ceiling.

Innovative formulation
For years the same formulation strategy has been used on the market for powder adhesives. Now Lugato has succeeded in using a new formulation to develop a fundamentally new tile adhesive: its “Sicherheitskleber Flächenwunder”. This offers such good coverage that 18 kg is the equivalent of 25 kg. More tiles can be applied per kilo than with conventional powder adhesives, thus lowering the cost of materials per square metre considerably. This product already exceeds the European standard for C2 adhesives.
