The Swedish retailer Clas Ohlson has appointed Pernilla Walfridsson as new Chief Financial Officer (CFO). She will take up her new role on 14 November 2022 at the latest and will then also take her place in Clas Ohlson’s group management team. Pernilla Walfridsson most recently comes from a role as CFO of Nobina, the largest public transport company in the Nordic region, and has previously held the same position at the Swedish DIY retail group Byggmax.
As previously announced, the current CFO Pär Christiansen is to leave Clas Ohlson on 31 July 2022 for a new assignment outside the company. During the time between Pär Christiansen leaving the company and until Pernilla Walfridsson enters her new position, Mats Wern Winkvist will take on the role as acting CFO. Mats Wern Winkvist is currently Head of Business Controlling.
