Praktiker stores in Bulgaria to be modernised

The owner of the Bulgarian Praktiker stores, the Videolux Holding wants to modernise the nine stores and set up new store locations. Two recent new openings are part of this strategic alignment. The most recent new store to be opened was in January in Varna, with almost 6 000 m² retail space, replacing the existing store. In the middle of October, the company already relocated its store in Stara Zagora to a new building.
Both stores were set up in the vicinity of Technopolis stores. This chain of consumer electronic stores, which started up in 2001, also offers home appliances and is likewise, operated by Videolux. The Bulgarian Praktiker stores have been under the ownership of the Bulgarian Group since 2014, after the German DIY Group went bankrupt.
