Serafon was established in 1949 and since 2000 has been a wholly-owned subsidiary of Tambour, the biggest paint manufacturer in Israel. Based in Ashkelon, Serafon develops, produces and markets adhesives and sealants for the consumer market as well as emulsions for the paint and textile industry. It sells its product range for the building sector both in DIY stores and to wholesalers and the construction industry.
