Quality-tested abrasives

The Organisation for the Safety of Abrasives e. V. (OSA) rates the level of acceptance it has met with in the industry as successful. The international association, which was founded in March 2001, awards its quality mark for abrasives in accordance with globally consistent safety standards. A total of 25 companies have so far qualified for the quality mark. It has been patented in 84 countries. This branch of industry notches up sales in excess of eight billion euro worldwide, with Germany accounting for one billion euro of the total.
