Renovating is trendy

As pointed out by Germany Trade & Invest (GTAI) and CRESME, an economic research institute, it is evident that a trend reversal is taking place in the Italian building sector after three years of downswing. This growth is expected to be sustained by residential and urban development, especially through modernisation and renovation. The priority here is on improving the energy efficiency of old buildings. This will also be one of the main themes of the Saie building fair, due to be held from 5 to 8 October 2011.
