Founded in 1961, the Spanish firm today has a 15 000 m2 production and warehousing plant at Sant Quirze del Valles, Barcelona. The company employs a workforce of 130 and exports its products to more than 40 countries in Europe, the Middle and Far East, North Africa, North and South America, and to Australia as well.
The merger of Isofix with the Spanish firm Mica in 1999 strengthened its position in Europe as a producer of fixing systems, specially in the field of pipe clamps. The company intends to develop through further investment in its manufacturing processes into one of the world’s leading producers of pipe clamps and fixing systems. The company has ISO 9002 certification and more than 40 years of experience in the production of fixing systems and the technical requirements involved. The palette of products includes all types of pipe clamps made of metal or plastic, as well as supports and accessory products for water, gas, air-conditioning and electrical installations.

The research and development department works continuously on expanding the range. More than 15 new products have been taken into the programme this year. These include a new solid pipe clamp and a stainless steel conduit clip, a refrigeration pipe clamp for fixing insulated pipes without damaging the insulation, and a rail screw with a perfected fixing mechanism.
