Wesfarmers, the parent company of the Australian DIY market operator Bunnings with approximately 270 locations in Australia and New Zealand, is partly reorganising its management structure. Up until now, the company has focused on three separate industrial businesses (chemicals, energy and fertilizers), which will now be clustered in a single industrial division and headed by Rob Scott. The other Wesfarmers retail activities as well as those of Bunnings are not affected by these measures.
