Groupe Adeo is Europe’s largest operator of DIY and home improvement stores, operating sites on three continents (Europe, Asia, Africa). When it comes to DIY stores, at the end of 2020 the group united the Leroy Merlin, Weldom, Bricoman, Bricocenter, Bricomart, Zôdio and Obramax sales lines. The sales channels Bricomart in Spain and Obramax in Brazil are part of Adeo’s Bricoman division, as they share the same commercial concept despite having different names in different countries.
Added to the Group’s portfolio were the Quotatis and Kbane sales divisions in France, each offering services related to the DIY business, and Alice délice in France, a retail brand for kitchen supplies and furnishings. Groupe Adeo also owned around 160 locations of the DomPro sales line, which is aimed purely at professionals and is operated under the umbrella of Groupe Domaxel, in which Groupe Adeo held around 70 per cent of the shares at the end of 2020.
At the end of 2020, a total of 1 017 locations worldwide were operating under the Groupe Adeo umbrella, as shown on the map. This does not include sites of DomPro (about 160), Quotatis (112), Alice délice (26) and Kbane (3), which were all located in France. The two individual locations in Madagascar and Morocco are franchise stores which belonged to the Weldom line at the end of 2020.
