Davidsen may now take over Optimera

The Danish building materials trading company Davidsens Tømmerhandel has now officially taken over the Optimera chain in Denmark. The competition authorities have now finally agreed to the deal which had already been announced in June. With the takeover, Davidsen has now increased the number of its locations to 23. "We buy a business in growth and a company with skilled employees who will be helping to lift Davidsen across Denmark in the coming years, said Henrik Clausen," CEO of Davidsen, when the deal was published back in June.
