The heads of Leroy Merlin in Spain and Brazil have swapped places. Ignacio Sánchez spent eleven years as CEO of the Spanish subsidiary of the French Adeo Group, while Alain Ryckeboer occupied his post in Brazil for 14 years. According to the company, the exchange is in line with its philosophy of shuffling its talents and success stories in individual markets at the international level.
