House plants were the top décor trend in 2020

House plants top the list of the most instagrammed décor trends in 2020 - 12.3 million hashtagged posts were counted by www.PriceYourJob.co.uk, which took to Instagram to determine the most popular home accessory trends of 2020.
The second most popular trend was farmhouse décor with 4.9 million posts, followed by macrame (1.9 million). Natural materials were back in fashion with rattan, wicker and bamboo furniture making the top 20. Curved sofas, drink carts and foam mirrors are set to be a decor trend the survey sees more of in 2021 after just making the top 20.
