Mrówka still has the most locations in Poland

In Poland, the statisticians from Dähne Verlag have currently (as of October 2022) recorded an inventory of 1 102 DIY stores. The Polish chain Mrówka has by far the most locations with its 352 stores. It is followed by the French chain Bricomarché (183 stores) and the Polish company Komfort (157).

Of the Western European operators of large-scale DIY stores, Castorama from France, albeit part of the British Kingfisher Group, has the strongest presence in Poland with 95 locations. The Leroy Merlin chain, part of the French European market leader Adeo, has 76 branches in Poland; from the Adeo group, Bricoman is also active in Poland with nine locations. The German market leader Obi has 61 stores in Poland.
