Praktiker Romania grew by three per cent in 2016

Praktiker Romania increased its sales in 2016 by three per cent over 2015 to € 137 mio. "We have maintained our ascending trend since the 2014 takeover, and we want growth to continue this year, all the more so as there are good premises for a return to profit," said Omer Susli, owner of Praktiker Romania.
The company has already announced a comprehensive store remodelling strategy for this year, and the online shop is seen as another major growth factor. Its sales are reportedly approaching the level of a Praktiker store. The online offer includes over 20 000 products deliverable nationwide and the click and collect option will also be developed in the second half of the year, according to the company.
