Silvan closes two locations

The Danish Silvan chain is closing two of its locations. The affected stores are in Tilst near to Aarhus on the east coast as well as in Holbæk, around 50 km to the west of Copenhagen. For many years the situation there has been, according to the words of Mette Ekman, head of marketing at Silvan, financially unsatisfactory. Thus, the number of Silvan locations has dropped to 42.
